- 10+ years overall experience in ETL / Data Engineering / Data Architecture
- ETL Testing in complex, multi-platform environments
- Strong experience with DB2
- Strong experience with at least one of Salesforce / Snowflake
- Power BI experience
- Python for data validation, automation, or ETL testing
- AI/GenAI exposure applied to data/ETL/testing
- Data Lake architecture and testing experience
- Experience designing/testing end-to-end data pipelines across heterogeneous platforms
- Robust understanding of data quality, reconciliation, transformation validation, metadata, lineage, and performance testing
