We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager to own and manage specific ERP modules throughout their product lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with customers, business teams, developers, and implementation teams to define product requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure continuous product improvement.
The Product Manager will own one or more ERP modules based on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and functional vision for assigned ERP modules.
- Understand customer and industry requirements.
- Define product requirements, workflows, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Support, and Implementation teams.
- Prioritize product enhancements and feature requests.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Ensure modules align with industry best practices.
- Participate in product planning and release management.
- Review customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support product demos and internal product training.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate current functionalities.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ERP Product Management, Functional Consulting, or ERP Implementation.
- Strong expertise in at least one ERP module.
- Excellent understanding of business processes.
- Experience in writing functional requirements and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of ERP product lifecycle and release management.
