About the Role
We are seeking an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to provide functional and basic technical support for ERP applications. The candidate will work closely with users to understand issues, troubleshoot problems, support configurations, and ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for ERP users.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Understand business processes and identify system gaps.
- Support module configurations and user requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Assist users with ERP workflows and system functionalities.
- Document support issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Support testing and validation of fixes and enhancements.
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP Support or Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience supporting one or more ERP modules.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, integrations, or APIs is preferred.
- Ability to analyze functional and technical issues.
- Knowledge of incident and issue management processes.
