We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to manage and execute end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure ERP solutions, conduct training, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client business requirements.

- Study existing business processes and recommend ERP solutions.

- Configure and implement relevant ERP modules.

- Prepare functional requirement documents and implementation plans.

- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and ERP capabilities.

- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

- Perform system testing and support UAT.

- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.

- Support data migration and go-live activities.

- Provide post-implementation support.

Experience & Skills

- 3 - 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting.





- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.

- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Ability to understand complex business workflows.

- Solid client and stakeholder management skills.

- Good documentation and communication abilities.
