Position: Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Enterprise Sales Manager to own enterprise revenue end-to-end. The role involves building the sales pipeline from scratch, closing and expanding strategic D2C accounts, managing client engagements, and contributing to pricing, positioning, and overall go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the enterprise number end-to-end, including pipeline, pricing, deal structure, and account-level margin.
- Build the top-of-funnel from scratch through outbound prospecting into D2C brands, agency and platform partnerships, events, and founder-led referrals.
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals and drive account expansion across brands and categories.
- Scope client engagements with the Forward-Deployed Artist (FDA) team, define success metrics,



and convert pilots into annual contracts.
- Build strong relationships with D2C brands, marketing leaders, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Bring pricing, positioning, and product insights back from the market to support GTM strategy.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience selling to enterprise customers and marketing leadership.
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or Creative Services.
- Strong existing relationships across the D2C ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building sales pipelines from zero.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and expansion.
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and commercial outcomes in an early-stage workplace.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
