Sales Lead – AI SecurityExperience: 8–15 years

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Position OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales for LangProtect, an AI Security platform helping organizations securely adopt GenAI, AI applications and AI agents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise technology or AI sales and strong ability to engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk, Compliance and Technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business and revenue for LangProtect.
- Build and manage enterprise sales pipeline across BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Technology and SaaS.
- Identify organizations adopting GenAI, AI applications and AI agents and develop relevant opportunities.
- Engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, AI/Data, Risk and Compliance leaders.
- Conduct discovery, product demos, PoCs, proposals and commercial negotiations.
- Position LangProtect around AI Security, data protection, AI governance and AI agent security.
- Build strategic relationships with system integrators, MSSPs, technology partners and consulting firms.




- Represent LangProtect at relevant cybersecurity and AI industry events.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, data security or AI.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling to enterprise/C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing PoCs and complex sales cycles.
- Positive understanding of cybersecurity and emerging AI risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to HaveExperience with DLP, CASB, SASE, Application Security, GRC, Data Security, AI Governance or AI Security. What We're Looking ForSomeone who can build the market, create demand and close enterprise customers for an emerging AI Security category- not just manage inbound leads.
