Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Junior Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for PInterview and its clients. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and assisting in configuring ERP modules to align with operational and financial needs.

The ERP Junior Consultant will participate in system testing, documentation, and user training, while helping to troubleshoot issues and support continuous system improvements.



Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and process documentation, and contributing to best practices for ERP usage and governance.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process concepts, with the ability to map and document workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate requirements, and support decision-making related to ERP setup and optimization.
- Foundational experience or coursework related to ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Basic knowledge of Finance principles to support configuration and analysis of ERP financial modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn current ERP platforms quickly and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, business analysis, or systems implementation is an advantage.
