About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Drive technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and technology adoption.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Establish engineering processes, development standards, and CI/CD best practices.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development of engineering team members.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance engineering productivity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.





- 4–8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.

- Solid programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, Python,JavaScript/ReactJs.

- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and system design.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, data engineering, or modern software architecture patterns.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is an advantage.

- Relevant cloud or technology certifications are preferred.
