About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer - L2 with robust hands-on expertise in Enterprise Networking, Wireless (Wi-Fi), Routing &

- Switching, and Aruba ClearPass/CPPM.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of independently troubleshooting complex network incidents, and comfortable working with customers, OEMs and internal technical teams.

Key Technical Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Routing &
- Switching - LAN/WAN, VLAN, STP, Trunking, DHCP, IP addressing & subnetting
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Wi-Fi / Wireless Networking
- Hands-on experience with Wireless Access Points, WLAN deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of RF, SSID, roaming and wireless authentication
- Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass / CPPM
- Knowledge of Firewall concepts, policies, NAT and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Network Topology &
- Architecture




- Ability to perform RCA and resolve critical L2/L3 incidents
- Exposure to Wi-Fi &
- Networking Pre-Sales, solution design and BOQ preparation

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
- Handle L2/L3 network and Wi-Fi incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, APs and connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot ClearPass/CPPM authentication and access policies.
- Support Wi-Fi deployment, site surveys, health checks and performance analysis.
- Participate in network solution design and pre-sales technical discussions.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs and internal teams for complex technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, RCA reports and configuration records.
- Support onsite implementation, testing and commissioning activities.

- Aruba Wireless - Preferred
- ClearPass experience (if available)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to independently handle technical escalations
