Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Electrical/Electronic/Controls &
- Instrumentation engineering or a related field.

- Skills:

1. Troubleshooting Electromechanical control systems equipment (Continuous manufacturing equipment)

2. PLC (AB, SIEMENS, DELTA, MITSUBISHI)- programming & trouble shooting.

3. VFD &
- SERVO – (ABB, SIEMENS, DELTA) –Programming, tuning (PID), commissioning & troubleshooting.

- HMI &

- SCADA – (AB, SIEMENS, DELTA) –Programming & troubleshooting.

- Communications – (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) – Diagnose complex communication & troubleshooting.

- Controllers – Temp.controller using PID &

- ON/OFF

- Knowledge of Electrical power systems (transformers, DG, Motors, CB, Distribution systems...etc.)

- ABC/VED Analysis

- RCA &

- FMEA

- Basic knowledge of hydraulic &

- Pneumatic System troubleshooting

- Understands Power &

- Control system drawings

- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance/automation within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

- Added advantage Previous experience in Cable manufacturing Added Advantage





The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment within their scope in optimal condition at all times

It includes carrying out tasks as follows

1. Lead the controls scope for capital expenditure (Capex) projects, managing automation installations from initial concept and panel design through to commissioning and validation.

2. Direct external system integrators and equipment vendors to ensure new production lines align seamlessly with factory standards and IT/OT architecture.

3. Create, update, and maintain detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, system architectures, and bills of materials (BOM)

4. Projects to be executed based on SPC (statistical process control) data.

5. Support development of SPMs to improve operational Efficiency

6. Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.

7. Provide Engineering support to close Breakdown Calls efficiently and maintain Maximum Machine Uptime

Continuous Improvement

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Maintain 5S standards at workplace
