ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documentation to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop cost-effective and technically compliant lighting proposals.
- Evaluate design alternatives and propose value-engineered solutions based on product performance, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and product specification sheets for client approval.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure timely and error-free pricing submissions that meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain organized documentation for estimations, submittals, and revisions as per project progression.
- Assist in preparation of tender responses, quotations, and post-tender clarifications.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in estimation,



preferably in lighting, MEP, or related industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting layout drawings and schematics.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for detailed cost breakdowns and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-location team workplace.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
