Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor plastic manufacturing and injection moulding processes.
- Identify and resolve production/process-related issues.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity and process parameters.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
- Reduce production wastage and improve process efficiency.
- Follow SOP, 5S and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Plastic / Polymer Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Injection Moulding is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reports.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
