Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) Engineer P3

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Shift: 165

Role Summary: We are seeking experienced EUC Engineers to manage, support, and optimize enduser platforms including Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and VDI environments. The role involves L2/L3 support, stable operations, user experience, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, Teams (incl. Voice), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, license & tenant management.
- Endpoint Device Management: Windows, iOS, Android, macOS; Intune enrollment, compliance, patch/update management (Intune, Patch My PC).
- VDI Operations: Horizon/Citrix/AVD; user access, session monitoring, image/platform management.
- Governance & Monitoring: Ensure EUC standards, security compliance, SOP/runbook documentation.




- Incident & Change Support: Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot, root cause analysis, execute approved changes.
- Automation & Improvement: PowerShell scripting, reporting, dashboards, efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory: EUC Desktop Engineering, Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, Endpoint Management, VDI (Horizon/Citrix/AVD).
- Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Experience with Patch My PC, incident/change/problem management.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft certifications in M365/Intune/Modern Workplace.
- Exposure to enterprise/regulated environments.
- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
