About the RoleWe are looking for highly driven Embedded Systems Developers (Freshers and 1–3 years experience) who can build complete hardware + software systems from scratch.

This is not a typical coding role — we are looking for engineers who are:

- Strong in electronics + embedded systems
- Comfortable in a lab environment
- Capable of using AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex problems

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and debug embedded firmware (C/C++)
- Work on platforms like Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32
- Interface with peripherals (ADC, UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, etc.)
- Design, develop, and debug analog and digital circuits
- Perform hardware bring-up of complex PCBs
- Debug systems using lab tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Implement algorithm-based solutions (signal processing, control, etc.)
- Rapid prototyping and system integration

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)Embedded Systems

- Strong in Embedded C/C++
- Hands-on experience with:
- Raspberry Pi
- ESP32
- STM32
- Valuable understanding of:
- Communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C)
- Peripheral interfacing
- Debugging firmware issues

Hardware & Lab Expertise (Mandatory)Candidates must be experts in using:

- Oscilloscope
- Function Generator (FG)
- Soldering Stations & Rework Stations

Must be able to:
- Assemble and bring up complex circuit boards independently
- Perform component-level debugging and rework
- Debug issues like noise, grounding, signal integrity, power faults

Circuit Design & Debugging

- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience designing and debugging real-world circuits
- Ability to analyze and fix issues in mixed-signal systems
- Capability to use AI tools to assist in circuit design and debugging

AI Tools & Development Approach (Mandatory)Candidates must be highly proficient in using:

- ChatGPT – problem solving, debugging,



system design
- Codex – code generation, execution, automation
- Antigravity – agent-based development and autonomous workflows

What We Expect

- Ability to use AI beyond basic prompting
- Strong in:
- AI-assisted debugging (hardware + firmware + circuits)
- Algorithm generation using AI
- Rapid prototyping using AI-driven workflows
- Ability to drive AI like an engineering assistant/team
- Strong “vibe coding” mindset — fast iteration, experimentation, execution

Selection Process (Critical Requirement)All candidates must go through a hackathon-style evaluation, where they will:

- Solve a complex embedded + hardware problem
- Use AI tools actively during development
- Deliver a working prototype / proof-of-concept

Candidates must demonstrate:
- System-level thinking
- Hardware + software integration
- Effective use of AI tools
- Ability to implement complex algorithms under time constraints

Who Should Apply
