Selected candidates will work with Yes Bank for a period of one year under the NATS apprenticeship program and will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. Stipend Structure ₹14,000 per month – Contribution from Yes Bank ₹6,000 per month – Government contribution under the NATS Scheme Total Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000 Job Responsibilities As an Email & Chat Process Executive, the candidate will be responsible for:

Handling customer queries through email and chat.





Providing accurate and timely responses to customer requests.

Assisting customers with banking-related queries and services.

Maintaining professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.

Following the bank's standard operating procedures and service guidelines.

Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information.

Escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

Meeting defined service quality and productivity standards. Working Hours Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Weekly & Monthly Offs Sunday: Weekly off 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off Other Saturdays: Working
