Role Description

As our Lead Generation Specialist, your primary goal will be to design and execute strategies that encourage target audience members to subscribe to our newsletter. You will manage everything from creating attractive incentives (lead magnets) to setting up technical sign-up forms and traffic funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an action plan to systematically grow our email list with targeted, high-quality subscribers.
- Lead Magnet Creation: Design or optimize downloadable resources (e.g.,



eBooks, checklists, templates, or discount codes) that incentivise users to share their email addresses.
- Opt-In Optimization: Create and place high-converting subscription forms, pop-ups, and landing pages across our website and social channels.
- Traffic & Funnel Building: Set up clean automated email funnels (welcome sequences) that trigger immediately after a user subscribes.
- Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all list-building methods strictly comply with anti-spam regulations (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM) and maintain high email deliverability rates.
- Tracking & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on critical growth metrics like opt-in conversion rates and subscriber acquisition costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as an Email List Builder, Lead Generation Specialist, or Email Marketer.
- Hands-on expertise with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or MailerLite).
- Solid understanding of landing page builders and website form integrations.
- Basic copywriting skills for writing compelling call-to-action (CTA) copy.
- Excellent data tracking and analytical skills.
