About the Role

Aspire Globus is looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to build, manage and optimize B2B email outreach campaigns for the U.S. market.

This is not just an email-sending role. We are looking for someone who understands cold email automation, lead generation, email deliverability and domain reputation and can build scalable campaigns without compromising our primary business domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up and manage B2B cold email campaigns.
- Build automated email sequences and follow-up workflows.
- Manage multiple sending domains, subdomains and email accounts.
- Maintain solid email and domain reputation.
- Understand and help configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS records.
- Monitor email deliverability, spam complaints, bounce rates and blacklisting.
- Build, clean, verify, deduplicate and segment prospect databases.
- Set up campaigns based on specific triggers such as customer renewal/expiration dates.
- Personalize campaigns using company name, contact information and other prospect data.
- Manage email verification and suppression lists.
- Automatically stop campaigns on reply, unsubscribe, hard bounce or conversion.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM, Google Sheets and sales workflows.
- Route interested leads/replies to the appropriate sales team.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, CTAs and campaign sequences.




- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Provide weekly reports covering emails delivered, bounce rate, replies, positive responses, unsubscribes, leads generated and conversions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and IT teams.

Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Zapier, Make or similar platforms will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously:
- Built cold-email infrastructure from scratch.
- Managed multiple domains/mailboxes.
- Worked on U.S. B2B lead-generation campaigns.
- Resolved email deliverability or spam issues.
- Created automated lead-generation workflows.
- Generated qualified leads through email rather than simply sending bulk campaigns.

Experience in Insurance, Logistics, Transportation, Freight, SaaS or other U.S. B2B industries will be an advantage. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
