Role Description The Electronics Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based at the Makarpura facility in Vadodara. The role involves designing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems and components used in radiator products and associated equipment. Daily responsibilities may include developing circuit designs, selecting electronic components, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with mechanical and production teams to integrate electronic controls.

The Electronics

Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems, support quality assurance and reliability testing, and assist in implementing improvements to enhance product performance and efficiency. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers,



supporting installation and commissioning, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electronics engineering principles, including circuit design, analog and digital electronics, and power electronics.
- Experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools, as well as familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings and documentation, including wiring diagrams, specifications, and test reports.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, and microcontroller or PLC-based control solutions.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards, with the ability to work closely with production and mechanical engineering teams.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot electronic systems in a factory workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field; prior experience in industrial or automotive components manufacturing is an advantage.
