Role & responsibilities :
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in motors, pumps, controllers, generators, air compressors, and other electrical devices.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Handle specialized equipment including Soft Starters, VFDs, and SCADA/PLC systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PMs and calibrate electrical/electronic systems to prevent equipment failure.
- Calibration: Manage internal instrument calibration as per the defined schedule.
- Installation & Commissioning: Lead the erection and commissioning of new electrical equipment and wiring systems.
- Power Management: Oversee DG set operations and maintain detailed records of routine measurements and power consumption.
- Safety Leadership: You are authorized to halt any work involving immediate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) risks.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience:
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Crisis Handling, and Maintenance Planning.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Instrument Automation, EHSF, and ISO standards is highly preferred.

- Expertise in reading electrical drawings and troubleshooting complex circuits.
- Team-oriented mindset to coordinate with the Operations department regarding power consumption and maintenance planning.
