Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to manage and supervise factory electrification work at our project site located at Ankush Water Park, near Mehsana. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, workforce coordination, switchyard work, billing and ensuring that all electrical activities are completed according to drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day factory electrification work at the project site.
- Monitor the installation, testing and commissioning of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Supervise switchyard work, panels, transformers, switchgear, cabling and earthing activities.
- Coordinate with electricians, contractors, vendors and the project management team.
- Ensure electrical work is executed according to approved drawings, SLDs and technical specifications.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate work to the site workforce.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption and availability at the site.
- Take site measurements and prepare or verify contractor and client bills.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records and other site documentation.
- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable regulations.




- Monitor work quality, project timelines and overall site discipline.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of industrial or factory electrification work.
- Experience in switchyard installation and related electrical activities.
- Understanding of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, cables and earthing systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, layouts and single-line diagrams.
- Experience in site measurements, quantity verification and electrical billing.
- Ability to manage electricians, contractors and site activities independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience preparing site reports.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

- Relevant experience in factory electrification, industrial electrical projects or EPC work preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to work at the project site at Ankush Water Park, near Mehsana.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Candidate must be able to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Willingness to travel locally for project-related work when required.
