About the Role

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our team for field-based electrical and project-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, electrical inspections, coordination with site teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits for inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work at project sites.
- Understand electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and technical specifications.
- Perform electrical measurements, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams at project sites.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out as per required quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and electrical issues.
- Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and other required documentation.




- Monitor project progress and report site-related issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Travel to different project sites as required.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical field work.
- Experience in solar / renewable energy projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, cables, earthing, protection systems, etc.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Candidates with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
