About the Role

RSAJ & Co., Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on expertise in Project Audits, Bill Certification, Electrical Quantity Verification, and Contractor Bill Review .

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and certifying electrical project bills, verifying executed quantities, validating rates, identifying billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, BOQs, electrical drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards .

? Key Responsibilities

- Review and certify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills for electrical works.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQs, electrical drawings, and site measurements .
- Conduct physical verification of electrical installations and project execution at site.
- Validate measurements, rates, and contractual provisions for electrical works.
- Prepare and review measurement records, reconciliation statements, and bill certification reports .
- Identify billing discrepancies, excess claims, and potential cost leakages.
- Verify compliance of executed works with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant electrical standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives .
- Maintain audit documentation and prepare management reports.




- Support project cost monitoring, variation analysis, and engineering audits .

? Eligibility & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Project Audit, Bill Certification, Electrical Quantity Surveying, or Construction/Industrial Project Monitoring.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, electrical drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and measurement standards .
- Experience in power, transmission & distribution, renewable energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant electrical engineering software .
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at Unn & Rola, Valsad District, Gujarat .

⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates must have prior experience in project audits. Experience with a Top 10 CA firm, consulting firm, Big 4, or reputed professional services organization will be preferred.
