Position: Elderly Care Giver

Duty Type: Flexible / Roster-Based

DUTY TIMING - No fixed duty timing. Duty will be assigned as per the roster prepared and provided by the Organisation. - Candidates must be available for assigned morning, afternoon, evening or night shifts as required. - Duty-time food and other applicable facilities will be provided as per organisational policy.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Senior Care - Provide daily personal care, assistance, companionship and support to senior citizens. - Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, hygiene and routine activities as required. - Maintain the dignity, privacy, safety and comfort of every resident.
2. Food & Diet - Prepare and serve meals according to the prescribed diet chart and daily routine. - Follow instructions provided by the Dietician/Doctor/Organisation. - Maintain proper kitchen and food hygiene.
3. Cleaning & Housekeeping - Maintain cleanliness of the assigned apartment/room, bathroom and common areas. - Keep the senior's living environment clean, organised and secure.
4. Laundry - Regularly wash clothes using the washing machine. - Dry, fold and properly arrange clean clothes and maintain laundry hygiene.

Routine & Wellness - Assist seniors in following daily routines and activities prescribed by the Yoga Teacher, Dietician, Doctors and authorised Organisation members. - Remind and support residents regarding scheduled activities, meals and rest.
6. Health & Safety - Provide medication reminders and other support only as instructed/authorised. - Observe and immediately report any health concern, fall, injury, unusual behaviour or emergency.
7. Behaviour & Professional Conduct - Be caring, patient, respectful, honest, punctual and responsible. - Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy. - Follow the duty roster and all reasonable instructions of authorised personnel. - Maintain professional boundaries and never engage in abusive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour.

MAIN OBJECTIVE To provide COMPASSIONATE CARE DIGNITY SAFETY CLEANLINESS NUTRITION COMPANIONSHIP and ensure a comfortable and respectful daily life for every senior citizen. Note: Duties may be modified or expanded according to residents' requirements, professional care plans and organisational needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
