We are looking for an EE Component Engineer / Lead with 6 to 12 years of experience in automotive electronics engineering and component delivery for vehicle projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Mechatronics system requirements and specification development for BCM, PEPS, RF/LF and Gateway systems.
- Prepare and review H/W and S/W design inputs, HMI and display documents.
- Drive CFT coordination, issue resolution, change management and component delivery as per project milestones.
- Prepare and approve DFMEA, PFMEA and PPAP documentation through SOP.
- Manage BCM architecture, variant matrix and product roadmap.
- Conduct design reviews, technical meetings and issue escalations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, CFTs and external stakeholders in a multicultural setting.
- Support EMI/EMC, RF certification, packaging and system-level issue resolution.
