Role Description The Education Professional will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, activities, and learning experiences for students from playgroup to grade 5. Day-to-day tasks include designing curriculum-aligned lesson plans, teaching core subjects, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with parents and guardians, collaborating with other staff members, and participating in school events and training sessions.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, requiring a consistent presence at the school during working hours.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with early childhood and primary grade students.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to design and deliver Training and instructional activities that support diverse learning needs.
- Customer Service orientation to ensure a supportive, responsive approach to student and parent queries and concerns.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field.
- Experience in classroom management and child-centered pedagogy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in basic educational technology and digital classroom tools is an advantage.
