Maayodiya Academy of AI is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Education Counselor to join our Vikaspuri branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding IT and qualified courses.
- Handle incoming leads and conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain lead and student records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Provide excellent support and guidance throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle leads and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
