Role Description The Project Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Sri city Andhra Pradesh . This role involves coordinating and supporting social impact projects, Focussing Education including Digital literacy and Foundational Learning.

The Project

Associate will assist in data collection and research, prepare reports and documentation, and contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts. Daily responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, organising training or awareness sessions, and providing operational support to project teams. The role also requires collaboration with volunteers, participation in field activities, and contributing ideas to improve project design and community engagement.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to support project design, data collection, and impact assessment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with communities, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in organizing and delivering workshops, awareness programs, and volunteer orientations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, public policy, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with diverse teams and volunteers.
- Prior experience in non-profit, community development, or social impact projects is an advantage.
