Role Description The Edtech-Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. This role involves visiting educational institutions and training centers to promote SkillDzire’s programs, conducting presentations and counseling sessions for students, and supporting enrollment processes. The Edtech-Field Officer will coordinate with academic stakeholders, gather feedback from learners and partners, and help implement outreach strategies to increase program participation.

The role also includes maintaining accurate records of field activities, preparing brief reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of skill-based programs. Candidates will be expected to represent SkillDzire professionally in the field and contribute to expanding its impact.

Qualifications

- Ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and institutional partners, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in field operations, outreach, or education counseling, preferably in the edtech or training sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, manage schedules, and document activities effectively.
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing) to support reporting and communication.
- Motivation to work in the education and skills-development space, with a learner-centric and impact-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in on-site environments, travel within Madhya Pradesh as required, and adapt to diverse institutional settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in engineering, education, or management is an advantage.

- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Madhya Pradesh; prior experience engaging with youth or academic institutions is a plus.
