Profile Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Financial Literacy Trainer to educate and empower students and young adults through engaging financial education sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of personal finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify financial concepts for young learners. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions and creating an engaging learning workplace that encourages informed financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive and appropriate training sessions on topics such as income, savings, budgeting, banking, credit, debt, taxes, insurance, and investing.

Assist in developing and customizing financial education content, activities, and assessments based on learner requirements.

Use innovative tools, games, simulations, and case studies to maintain student engagement and participation.

Conduct financial literacy sessions across schools, colleges,



and other educational institutions.

Travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai to conduct training sessions as per the assigned schedule.

Regularly gather feedback and incorporate it to improve training content and delivery.

Coordinate with the school and Gyansthan team regarding schedules, sessions, and other academic requirements.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, financial education, or working with young students is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and personal finance concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them engaging for young learners.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education, financial literacy, and empowerment.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as required.
