Role And Responsibilities

As the E-commerce Manager, you will lead the online sales strategy on Shopify. Managing the Shopify store and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns, optimize the e-commerce website, and enhance the customer shopping experience

- eCommerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and market demands to expand the company's online presence.

- Website Management and Optimization:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly interface, easy navigation, and smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance website functionality, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

- Online Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.) to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

- Product Management:
- Manage online product catalogue, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing,



and inventory availability.
- Work with the product team to launch recent products and optimize existing offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.

- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience, implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, reduce cart abandonment, and drive repeat purchases.
- Implement customer-centric policies and features to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, sales metrics, and customer behaviour, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- X years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or kitchen appliances industry.

- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Location - Bangalore Salary - 3 to 3.5 LPA
