About the Role

As a Showroom Sales Professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Experience Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients, understand their interior design requirements, showcase our premium modular interior solutions, and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Experience

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Conduct guided tours of the Experience Centre, showcasing product displays, mock-ups, and design concepts.
- Build robust customer relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and aspirations.





Sales & Business Development
- Analyze customer floor plans and project requirements to recommend suitable modular interior solutions.
- Present customized interior packages, product features, materials, finishes, and design concepts.
- Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly sales targets through effective consultation and persuasion.

Lead Management
- Capture, maintain, and manage customer inquiries in the sales pipeline.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, quotations, and project requirements.

Coordination & Project Support
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Engineering teams to develop customer proposals.
- Coordinate the presentation of technical quotations, designs, and 3D renderings to clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
