– E-commerce Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce/Performance Marketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The candidate should have robust analytical skills and a data-driven approach to improve customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
- Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
- Track conversions, attribution, and marketing funnel performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

Job Skills / Required Competencies

- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of PPC advertising and paid social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and retargeting strategies.
- Understanding of SEO basics, landing page optimization, marketing funnels, and attribution tracking.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
