Role Description The E-Commerce Operations & Growth Intern will support day-to-day online store management, including product listing updates, inventory checks, and order processing. The role involves analyzing sales and traffic data, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing reports to identify growth opportunities. The intern will assist in coordinating customer communication, resolving basic service issues, and supporting sales and marketing activities related to e-commerce channels.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, optimize product pages, and implement growth initiatives will be a regular part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commerce or related disciplines, with interest in e-commerce operations.
