Key Responsibilities

Assist in uploading and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.

Add and update product names, descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, images, and other details.

Monitor and update product inventory and stock availability.

Assist with order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Coordinate with the warehouse and other teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.

Monitor online orders and resolve basic order-related issues.

Assist in maintaining accurate product and inventory records.

Support the team in website and marketplace management.

Track product performance, sales, and basic e-commerce metrics.

Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and product updates.

Monitor competitors and online fashion trends.

Assist with basic Excel/Google Sheets work and prepare reports when required.

Coordinate with the customer support team regarding online orders and customer queries.

Perform other e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Valuable communication and organizational skills.





Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Comfortable working with computers and online platforms.

Strong attention to detail.

Willingness to learn about e-commerce operations and online retail.

Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Basic understanding of product photography/editing is an advantage.

Previous internship or experience in fashion/e-commerce is a plus.
