Role Description This is a full time, on-site E-commerce Executive role based in Mumbai. The E-commerce Executive will manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates across online platforms to ensure accurate and appealing presentation of TESORA’s silver jewelry collections. The role involves monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and optimizing campaigns to improve conversions and customer engagement.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, design, and operations teams, managing online promotions, tracking orders, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The E-commerce Executive will also handle account management on marketplaces,



resolve listing or order-related issues, and contribute to strategies that enhance TESORA’s online presence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.

- Account Management experience for handling e-commerce platforms and marketplace relationships.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive online revenue, manage promotions, and support sales targets.
- We need experience in Myntra, Naykka, Amazon.
- Team Management capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate e-commerce initiatives.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic Excel or data tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in product listings and customer-facing content.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; experience in fashion, jewelry, or retail e-commerce is an advantage.
