About NATICA

NATICA is a women’s fashion brand focused on contemporary fusion and western wear. We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive who can manage day-to-day online store operations and help improve sales, conversion, customer experience, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Shopify Management
- Manage daily operations of the NATICA Shopify store.
- Update products, descriptions, prices, images, variants, inventory and collections.
- Ensure products are correctly listed and available for sale.
- Identify and report website issues affecting customer experience or conversion.
- Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings and inventory across marketplaces such as Myntra,Nykaa, AJIO and other sales channels.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTO and inventory mismatches.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for listing/catalogue-related issues.
- Track marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Order & Logistics Operations
- Monitor daily orders from Shopify and marketplaces.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for shipment-related issues.
- Track delayed deliveries, NDR, RTO and customer delivery issues.
- Ensure orders are processed within defined timelines.
- Website Merchandising
- Maintain homepage banners, collections, offers and promotional sections.
- Ensure best-selling and high-margin products receive appropriate visibility.
- Monitor product availability and identify products that need merchandising attention.
- Inventory management
- Sales & Analytics
- Track daily/weekly orders, revenue, AOV, conversion rate, RTO, returns and cancellations.
- Prepare basic Excel/Google Sheets reports.
- Identify products/categories that are performing well or poorly.




- Support the team in improving website conversion and online sales.
- Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and offers.
- Help execute coupon codes, discounts and sale campaigns.
- Monitor campaign landing pages and product availability.
- Support basic Meta/Google Ads reporting and campaign coordination.
- Customer Experience
- Monitor customer issues related to orders, delivery, returns and products.
- Use AI based tool like MSG91, Interaket , ReadMe review to make customer interation active
- Coordinate with customer support/logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Identify recurring customer problems and recommend improvements.

Skills Required

Must Have

- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of e-commerce
- Positive communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn Shopify and marketplace operations
- Ability to work with numbers and reports
- Good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have (Optional)

- Shopify knowledge
- Basic understanding of Myntra / Amazon /Nykaa/AJIO, Flipkart seller operations
- Basic digital marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, AOV, CVR, CAC, RTO and contribution margin
- Canva/basic image editing knowledge

The ideal candidate should eventually be able to answer: “What is happening to our online sales, why is it happening, and what should we do next?”

You should be comfortable taking ownership, checking data, finding problems and executing solutions.

Education

- Any graduate — BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- E-commerce internship/project experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key KPIs The role will be measured on:Ecommerce Executive Language : English, Kannada and Hindi

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
