Role Description The E-commerce Executive (Ayurveda) is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing online product listings, updating content, and ensuring accurate information for Ayurvedic wellness and beauty products across e-commerce platforms. The E-commerce Executive will handle order processing, coordinate with inventory and customer support teams, and monitor sales performance.

Daily tasks also include optimizing product visibility, running promotions, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and supporting digital campaigns to drive revenue growth.



The role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and meet business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior.
- Account Management and Sales skills to manage online accounts, build relationships, and drive product performance.
- Sales Management and Team Management skills to support sales strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, listing tools, and basic digital marketing best practices.
- Comfort and professionalism in handling products and communication related to sexual wellness and Ayurvedic medicine.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; experience in e-commerce or Ayurveda/healthcare retail is preferred.
