The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees, Source candidates, schedule interviews, and run induction programs for new hires.

- Positive knowledge of Labour Code 2019 as far as Wage Code & Social Security, POSH Acxt 2013 is concerned.

- Hands on PF, PT, ESI Returns & their monthly Compliance.

- Dealing with External Stakeholders like Labour Officer, Factory Inspector, different Contractors like, Canteen, Labour,



Security etc.

- Keeping track of office supplies like Medicines, Gifts, Housekeeping Material, etc., Negotiate Rate & service contracts with Vendors as stated above, and vendor bill processing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree like M.B.A. in HR

- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources & Admin functionalities

Soft Skills:

- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

- Attention to detail and good judgement
