- Cost Management: Introduce new methods to minimize operational costs.

- Cinema Operations: Ensure smooth operations and maintain the highest standards of service and quality.

- Staff Management: Handle employee orientation, on-the-job training, staffing, productivity, and weekly staff rosters.

- Records & Compliance: Maintain spot-check files, LAM files, customer feedback records, complimentary ticket registers, and compliance registers.

- Display & Marketing Coordination: Keep displays updated and coordinate with Programming and Marketing teams for compliance.

- Inventory Management: Participate in weekly inventory checks and management.

- Teamwork: Work closely with the team using a hands-on approach.

- F&B; Merchandising: Manage food and beverage displays, collaterals, and promotional activities to encourage impulse purchases.

- Cash Control: Maintain strict cash-handling procedures and prevent pilferage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
