Cinema
Operations
- Manage the cinema's daily operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure all scheduled shows start and finish on time.
- Monitor auditoriums, lobby, ticketing, concessions, washrooms, and other guest areas.
- Conduct regular operational checks and ensure the cinema is clean, safe, and presentable.
- Handle operational issues and take immediate corrective action.
2. Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate cinema staff during the shift.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff deployment according to business requirements.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer-service standards.
- Support training and coaching of team members.

Customer
Service
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, refunds, and service recovery professionally.
- Assist guests with special requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure cinema policies and customer-service procedures are consistently followed.
4. Box Office &
- Concessions
- Monitor ticketing and food & beverage operations.
- Ensure cash-handling procedures and financial controls are followed.
- Check stock levels and minimize wastage, shortages, and operational losses.
- Ensure promotional offers and pricing are correctly implemented.
5. Health, Safety &
- Security
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
- Conduct emergency and evacuation procedures when required.
- Report accidents, incidents, equipment failures, and other hazards promptly.
- Ensure emergency exits and safety equipment remain accessible and operational.
6. Show &
- Technical Coordination
- Monitor show schedules and ensure auditoriums are ready before each screening.
- Coordinate with projection/technical teams regarding screening issues.
- Escalate technical problems that may affect screenings or customer experience.
- Manage show interruptions and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
7. Reporting &
- Administration
- Complete daily shift reports and operational checklists.
- Record incidents, customer complaints, maintenance issues, and other relevant information.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures as assigned.
- Communicate important shift information during handover to the next Duty Manager/Manager.
Qualifications &
- Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Retail, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer-service operations.
- Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of customer-service and operational procedures.
- Comfortable working with cash, POS systems, and basic reporting.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
