Key Roles & Responsibilies

Billing Conguraon & Implementaon

Congure and implement billing fundamentals including:

Current pay plan setup (Account Plan and Policy Plan)

Payment processing

Invoice generaon

Follow-up acvies,



disbursements, and installment schedules

Agency Billing and Direct Billing

Commissions management

Technical Development & Customizaon

Develop and implement custom soluons for Duck Creek Billing using XML, XSLT, CSS, and SQL.

Write and opmize SQL scripts and stored procedures for data management and reporng.

Debug and customize XSL les for billing workows and UI transformaons.

Congure and customize Duck Creek Billing for Direct Billing, Payments, Commissions, and re-

lated funconalies.

Integraon & Interoperability

Integrate Duck Creek Billing with external systems using SOAP/REST web services.

Manage payment plans, schedules, invoice generaon, reminders, and PCNs.

Business Collaboraon

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and document customer needs from a business soluons perspecve.

Ensure smooth conguraon and customizaon during Duck Creek Billing implementaons.

Key Requirements - Educaon & Cercaon

MCA/BE Computers

Key Requirements - Experience & Skill

Strong experse in XML, XSLT, CSS, and SQL

Strong Understanding of Billing Tables and Stored procedures

Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Module.

Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Ability to debug and customize XSL les.

Excellent communicaon skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical soluons.

Knowledge of Duck Creek Policy module is a plus.

Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
