We are looking for a responsible and experienced Office Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company employees, management, documents, and official materials. The candidate should have good driving skills, knowledge of local routes, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official purposes.
- Transport management and employees as required.
- Pick up and drop off employees or visitors when assigned.
- Handle official document and material transportation.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
- Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other basic vehicle conditions.
- Maintain vehicle-related documents such as insurance, RC, PUC, and driving licence.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety procedures.
- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Report any vehicle breakdown, accident, or maintenance requirement immediately.
- Assist the office/admin team with banking, courier, purchase,
and other official errands when required.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling company documents and information.
Requirements
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local and nearby routes.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Should have a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as an Office/Company Driver will be an added advantage.
