Job Title: Dot Net Technical Lead/Senior Dot Net Technical Lead

Experience: 10 to 16 Years

Location: Nagpur

Job Type: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Specific responsibilities Include:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Entity Framework
- Implement secure APIs using JWT tokens, OAuth2, and best security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, and other PaaS offerings
- Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices
- Write productive and maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle performance tuning
- Ensure adherence to SOLID principles,



Dependency Injection, and other software design patterns
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Maintain documentation for development processes, systems, and codebase

Technical Skills required:

- 6+ years of experience in .NET application development
- Proficient in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (Core and/or 4+), and ASP.NET MVC
- Strong expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with JWT token-based authentication and authorization
- Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design
- Solid understanding and practical application of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Design
- Deep experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Microsoft.Extensions. Dependency Injection or Autofac
- Experience with Azure Services: Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus, and other PaaS components
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation on Azure DevOps is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar certification
- Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS) is a bonus

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience, having led a small team (4-5 people)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and estimate project timelines
