Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Domestic Sales role based in Jaipur.

The Domestic

Sales team member will manage relationships with retail partners, interior designers, and direct customers within the Indian market, promoting Saraswati Global Rugs’ collections and bespoke offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product ranges, conducting showroom visits, and supporting clients with selection, pricing, and order processing.



The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, handling customer queries and concerns, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing regular sales reports. The team member will also support product training for retail staff and participate in trade shows, events, and client meetings to expand brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience in textiles, furnishings, or luxury goods, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide retail staff and support the development of sales processes.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Knowledge of the Indian domestic market, particularly interior design, architecture, or home décor segments.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel within India for client visits, events, and exhibitions.
