We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and candidate closure.
Key Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
- Candidate engagement and follow-up
- Interview coordination and offer negotiation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace
