Job Title: Document Processing (Shared Analytics) Analyst / Information Management Analyst / Business Documentation Specialist / Data & Documentation Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality support in line with agreed work instructions and Service Level Agreements, ensuring consistent service to internal and external clients
- Managing and prioritizing shared mailboxes in accordance with established processes and team protocols
- Maintaining accurate data and records through diligent entry, updating and reporting within internal and bespoke systems
- Digitize, index, and upload documents into internal content management systems.
- Receive, prepare, review and process customer or business documents according to defined workflows.
- Responding to queries promptly, providing clear, accurate information or escalating where required
- Maintain document logs, trackers, and work queues
- Flag discrepancies, missing information, or compliance issues to senior staff.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader to support overall service delivery
- Positive organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or equivalent applications
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Shift Timings
- Should be comfortable in working 24x7 environment.
- Should be comfortable working in rotating UK and US shifts
