We are seeking a energetic Campus Recruitment Specialist with deep experience in the manufacturing industry. You will own our university relations and entry-level talent pipeline for our NAPS/NATS Hiring, GET & DET Hiring.

Your primary focus is attracting, evaluating, and hiring top engineering, technical, and operational talent for our manufacturing facilities and corporate tracks.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Program Management

- Build Pipeline: Design and execute the annual campus hiring strategy for graduate engineers, diploma holders, and management trainees.
- Target Relations:



Establish strong partnerships with tier-1 and tier-2 engineering and technical institutes.
- Internship Ownership: Manage the end-to-end summer internship and apprenticeship programs to convert top performers into full-time hires

Execution & Operations

- Drive Drives: Organize and lead on-campus hackathons, technical competitions, pre-placement talks, and interview drives.
- Assess Talent: Collaborate with plant managers to design manufacturing-specific assessment frameworks (technical and behavioral).
- Offer Management: Oversee the entire Offer cycle from offer rollout to day-one integration at manufacturing plants.
