- Monitor and respond to DLP alerts from Microsoft Purview and Zscaler.
- Perform incident triage and root cause analysis; escalate complex cases to L3.
- Maintain and update DLP policies and sensitivity labels in Microsoft Purview.
- Troubleshoot endpoint DLP issues (Windows, M365 apps) and Zscaler traffic inspection.
- Execute runbooks for policy tuning, agent redeployment, and configuration fixes.
- Generate compliance and incident reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams for policy enforcement and user support.
Required Skills
