Role & responsibilities:

- Manage recovery of written-off and bad debt accounts within the assigned division.

- Manage end-to-end collection activities for write off bucket across the assigned division.

- Develop and execute strategies to minimize delinquency and improve recovery percentages.

- Monitor bucket-wise collection performance (90+, DPD, NPA and write off cases).

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets.

- Supervise and mentor Area Collection Managers and Collection Executives.

- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Credit, and Sales teams for effective resolution of delinquent accounts.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal collection policies.

- Manage repossession, settlement, auction, and legal recovery processes wherever applicable.





- Conduct regular field visits to monitor collection activities and support critical recoveries.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8-15 years of experience in Collections & Recovery within NBFCs, Banks, or Vehicle Finance companies.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience handling high-bucket delinquency (90+ DPD, NPA, Write-Off Portfolio).

- Experience in Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans preferred.

- Proven track record of handling large recovery portfolios and multiple locations.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA preferred.

- Age must be less than 40 years.
