Renew Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented District Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities at the district level. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, developing local market opportunities, and supporting sales growth in the rooftop solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute district-level marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through field marketing, digital marketing, customer outreach, and local promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful solar projects.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence across the assigned district.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Plan and manage promotional events, campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Monitor marketing performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Lead and coordinate the local marketing team when required.




- Prepare regular reports on leads, campaigns, conversions, and market activities.

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Sales; solar industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
